You Need a Vacation

. . . and here's a gentle nudge.

It's no secret: You need a vacation. And so does your brain and the rest of you.

To help encourage some more relaxation and renewal (as well as more fun), The Energy Project is running the Summer Vacation Challenge through Labor Day (Sept. 5). All you have to do to win a 30-minute coaching session with Tony Schwartz, the founder of The Energy Project, is to commit to taking at least five consecutive days off from work this summer. Check out the contest details on The Energy Project's Facebook page.

And don't worry if economic concerns mean that you're sticking closer to home this year, as so many of us are. The point is to have a break that's long enough to be a feel like a break, not to necessarily travel to the ends of the earth.
