Via our train the trainer program, The Energy Project partners with a client’s internal trainers to enable them to independently deliver the peoplefuel curriculum. With our trainer certification programs, companies can introduce our transformative curriculum to employees at all levels, a key to driving both higher engagement and a higher-performing culture.

  • Trainers present the content and receive feedback and ideas about how to deliver the material most effectively to ensure a highly impactful user experience
     
  • Trainers become deeply engrossed in our content and the integrated way in which each of the four energy dimensions (physical, emotional, mental and spiritual) influence one another

Certification Options:

1) Open Enrollment Certification 

  • New trainers will first experience the peoplefuel program for themselves, and then will be trained to facilitate the content 
     
  • Trainers become members of The Energy Project Certified Trainer Community, which includes follow-up tools and exclusive access to updates and best practices 

Open to multiple organizations, open certification allows trainers from various organizations to work together to understand the best ways to train the content across various industries.

2) Custom Certification

  • New trainers will first experience the peoplefuel program for themselves, and then will be trained to facilitate the content
     
  • Trainers become members of The Energy Project Certified Trainer Community, which includes follow-up tools and exclusive access to updates and best practices
     
  • Each trainer is partnered with a master facilitator for evaluation, feedback, and guidance

A dedicated event for trainers at a single company, Custom Certification allows for an intimate learning environment that provides additional support and focuses on how to deliver the content in a way that best addresses the unique challenges and opportunities within the organization.
