Be very careful about tips like these .... I would advise people instead to concentrate on noticing when they are physically hungry and when they are physically full. If you find yourself reaching for food when you're NOT physically hungry, ask yourself what it is you REALLY need. Practice this over time and eventually you will be eating according to your body's needs, and this will be different for everyone.

I am lucky to get 15 minutes for lunch and was told by my employer they did not have to guarantee me that time slot...so eight hour work day going full speed and no guaranteed breaks. I called about this and was told each state has their own rules, how can this be if it is a Federal law?
